We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Mortgage Banker to join our vibrant, record-breaking team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with limited experience who aspire to work in the financial services. As a Junior Mortgage Banker , you will work closely with our licensed Loan Officers delivering exceptional customer experience. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the lending industry.
Manage inbound and outbound calls (no cold calls). Gather and verify information from clients while developing strong relationships and providing amazing customer service. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Participate in regular training sessions and educational programs to expand knowledge of customer service, sales and loan origination procedures.
